The AAA Four-Diamond hotel comprises three, sevenstory buildings that were built onto the south side of Navy Pier. To the south of all three hotel buildings, patios were extended for retail and restaurant use. Additionally, the hotel’s rooftop bar and outdoor venue, Offshore, is located further east down the pier on the building’s rooftop. This outlet is also accessible from the same parking lobby as the hotel. The first two floors of all three hotel buildings have been given courtyards for retail and food service, while the guest rooms are located on the second through seventh floors of the three towers.
