The Property

The Villages of Windcrest is a state-of-the-art, private-pay, Class A senior housing development with 81 units in the southwest greater Fredericksburg area. This region is one of the most popular retirement destinations in the United States. Fredericksburg is located about a two-and-a-halfhour drive south of Dallas. From the opening in 2018 until the 4th quarter 2022 “Solvere Senior Living” has managed The Villages of Windcrest and positioned the property on the market. As of the 4th quarter 2022 “Frontier Management” took over the operation.

 

The property offers Assisted Living and Memory Care, with a total of 81 units and 82 operating beds. Of the total units, 24 units are located in a separate, secured building for memory care. The two buildings are connected by an air-conditioned hallway. The facilities contain a total of 72,780 square feet (circa 6,761 sqm.).
