Four-Star Luxury Kimpton Overland Hotel – Atlanta, Georgia
The investment property "Kimpton Overland Hotel", completed in 2017, forms a part of the newly opened Porsche corporate campus and event center in Atlanta, Georgia. The hotel profits not only from the Porsche clientele, but in particular from the frequency of the nearby airport Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta Internationally Airport.
The eight-storey airport hotel with 241 hotel rooms as well as conference and event possibilities offers a view at the unique Porsche test track and racing circuit.
