"Time to talk" is the motto of the NZZ Real Estate Days 2018. Switzerland's leading real estate conference presents visions and directions for future city planning and takes a look at the international real estate market and tomorrow's trends. Part of the conference is the Trend Radar Award, which annually honours the most attractive real estate investment ideas.

City Hotel Oberland - Interlaken

Using this hotel as an example, ACRON explained to the jury the investment concept that has been successful for decades based on these 3 criteria:

1. multiplicability
2. transparency
3. sustainability

With the current No. 12 of the HELVETIA series, we are once again demonstrating that our "One Asset - One Investment" approach has convinced investors and has already made many commercial properties accessible to investors. We convey transparency to investors through clear structures and regular reporting. It does not always have to be new buildings that promise interesting returns for investors. With the planned renovation of the City Hotel Oberland, we are demonstrating that existing properties are also attractive for investors with cautious adjustments. The main thing is that the location is unique.

Conference participants determine the winner
On the first day of the conference (1 November), all 3 finalists of the award will present their project with a 3-minute presentation. The audience votes the winner.
