ACRON GROUP STRENGTHENS ITS PRESENCE IN THE USA AND OPENS A SECOND OFFICE IN DALLAS, TEXAS.
Zurich, March 1st, 2023 – ACRON Group strengthens its footprint in the U.S. market by establishing another office in Dallas, Texas, which will be led by Mrs. Claudia Powers, Managing Director of ACRON US Invest, LLC. With the addition of Mrs. Powers, ACRON has gained a true specialist in the US Multifamily segment, which fits perfectly as ACRON expands its growth and leadership in this market. She will support Greg Wilson, President/CEO ACRON USA, who will continue to oversee ACRON’s existing real estate portfolio and remains responsible for the asset and partner selection.
Claudia Powers is a leader with over 20 years of commercial real estate and asset management experience. Before she joined the ACRON team, she was working for Greystar as the Managing Director of Asset Management, where she was responsible for a $1B portfolio, leveraging her banking, family office, and institutional experience across all asset classes. Claudia obtained an International Business Degree at European Business School (EBS) in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany, before moving to Dallas in 2001.
