Today's ACRON® was founded on November 26, 1981, under the name KWB Vermögensanlagen GmbH. On February 10, 1987, it was renamed ACRON® Finanz-Treuhand GmbH to coincide with a change in the activities of the company. The purpose of the enterprise was the assumption of fiduciary activities particularly in the area of investments, the arrangement of investments, participations and financing, as well as consulting in this field.

In 1988, ACRON® opened a branch office in Zurich, Switzerland. It was entered in the Commercial Register of the Canton Zurich on December 30, 1988. Mr. Hans-Peter Arnold was appointed sole authorized officer. The principal activity of the Swiss branch was the purchase and sale of real estate of every kind outside the Federal Republic of Germany, the establishment of closed-end real property funds, including the planning of financial transactions not reserved by law to banks, the takeover and execution of such transactions, and the arrangement of financing.

In 1991, ACRON® opened a branch in Dallas, Texas, to handle its extensive business activities in the USA; it was run under the name of ACRON® Finanz-Treuhand GmbH, Dallas Branch. The Dallas Branch was registered with the State of Texas on January 16, 1992.

Effective April 13, 1995, the name of the firm was changed to ACRON® Kapital und Immobilien GmbH to openly document the focus of future business activity. Since then, the objective of the company has been the transaction of real estate business, i.e., purchase and sale, development and modernization of real properties of all kinds outside the Federal Republic of Germany. Additionally, it has arranged for equity participation and investments of a financial and other nature, as well as domestic and international real estate consulting services, along with the takeover and execution of fiduciary activities and transactions in the investment field.

ACRON's® USA headquarters is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA. ACRON® has achieved material assets. On August 3, 1999, the name was changed. ACRON® GmbH operates exclusively under its registered trademark ACRON®. The objective remains unchanged but the company has been extensively restructured with its attention to the foreign branches. The aim is to make these branches independent companies for which ACRON® then functions as service and managing company.

ACRON® US Realty, Inc. is a company established under the laws of the State of Nevada beginning business on December 17, 1991. US Realty is a licensed real estate broker in the USA.
